““Absolutely fantastic” is the phrase that comes to mind when I think about Leslee Williams. I was a part of the decision to hire Leslee & she has been directly supporting & reporting to me as the lead Legal Assistant to the Business Unit Counsel for the last twelve months. From day one, Leslee expertly filled the role, navigated the different personalities & reporting lines, & did an outstanding job solidifying her position in a large and diverse team. I always appreciated Leslee’s great attention to detail, even under periods of great stress & while being tasked by multiple lawyers. Even more impressive is the fact that Leslee is self-motivated & a self-starter, & rather than rest on her laurels during slower periods, she was always tinkering and thinking of ways to improve our processes & by extension, the team’s efficiency. In addition to providing day-to-day support and managing the department, Leslee also exhibited great leadership by working closely with the other legal assistants on the team who were based in remote locations across the Business Unit. My gut tells me somebody (whatever human form male or female) will cross my path & trudge the Road of Happy Destiny, just like AA's “A Vision for You” says. If not, that's magical too.
